Overview of Computer Support Services PC support services are available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the additional convenience of having all work done at your premises and at a price below that charged by many repair centers for carry-in service. Your service calls are handled by a professionally trained technician with years of field experience. Additionally, your technician has access to a huge knowledge-base of technical data thereby accelerating the troubleshooting process and saving you money. Service is available to either private individuals or to businesses seeking an economical alternative to maintaining their own IT dept. Work is billed on an hourly basis, however our "No Surprises Guarantee" means you'll know where you stand in advance of work commencement.
